I enclose a list of 31 names of Palestine Police Officers recommended by the Inspector-General of Police, Palestine, für consideration for vacancies for 27 Sub-Inspectors of Police, Hong Kong. The list originally comprised 32 names but when it was received by us the name of one (Sergeant A.G. Alexander) had been struck off.

The biographical notes on the officers contained in this list are being retained in this office and will be shown to the Commissioner of Police, Hong Kong at the first opportunity.
